Wellness Challenge Update
- Costco has some really great healthy alternatives. I love their whole grain flat bread for healthy wraps, they also have baked sweet potato chips which are really good, along with Veggie Straws, sounds totally weird, but their kinda like Cheetos without the orange powder and they're made with real veggies which helps a lot too ;) for recipe ideas I would check pickypalate.com you can get to it from my blog too, she has a TON of awesome and super yummy recipes that are healthy.
- Keep up the good work! Soda is evil! :) I totally crave Coke when it's that time of the month. Weird. I'm not really a fan of exercising either, but I should get out & go for some morning walks while the weather is nice, huh?

- Poor you! Poor boys! Hang in there! We love you!
I Got My Afro Back!
These pictures are from way back in September, but I just came across them today and I couldn’t help but laugh. This is one of those moments that you never want to forget. We had been at Disneyland all day and Brigham was not so fond of it–he doesn’t do well when it comes to...
- Oh how I love that little man!
Smiles
We spent the morning at Brooklyn’s soccer game and then headed over for some time at the park. The kids had so much fun on the swings! I loved watching them.
Brooklyn seems to be enjoying soccer and is so cute out there. She really gets in there at first and then tires out quickly. I...
